I have been an attorney in New York since 2002 specializing in Family Law. I have a background in working with domestic violence victims and have been in private practice for a number of years. In my practice, I guide my clients through the courts or divorce settlements concentrating on custody/visitation, child support and equitable distribution of their assets.

I understand the difficulties of divorce and am empathetic to my clients, keeping them focused on the larger picture and steering them to the light at the end of the tunnel.

After almost 15 years as a litigator I have come to realize that my clients understand their situation better than any judge could. In some cases the assistance of the court is necessary. However, I attempt to settle cases through negotiations prior to seeking the courts intervention.
